The "IS for ALS" group is a fundraising team whose goal is to promote ALS awareness, raise funds for research, and support the people affected by this devastating disease. This group consists of the entire IS QA Test Team at CVS/Caremark in Woonsocket, Rhode Island whose manager proposed starting this fund for ALS. IS for ALS has conducted many fundraising events such as sponsored bowl-a-thons, 80/20 raffles and bake sales. Favorite Recipes is dedicated to all of the families, friends and those who have been diagnosed with this debilitating disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
